On special invitation of friend, Dr. Kathiria remain present at Loti Utsav and Satsang Sabha at Kotda Sangani

A friend Ashok Thummar of Kotda Sangani invited Dr. Vallabhbhai Kathiria, Chairman, Gauseva and Gauchar Vikas Board to attend a ‘Loti Utsav and Satsang Sabha’ gathering of Swaminarayan saints and religious leaders at Kotda Sangani.


Swaminarayan saints from Junagadh, Gadhda, Vadtal, Sardhar, Bagasra, Gondal and Ahmedabad remain present at the occasion. Dr. Kathiria takes this opportunity and spoke about the virtues and benefits of the indigenous cow breed and asked all the religious leader present their to start a Gaushala and Gausadan at their temples. He offered help and financial assistance through Gauseva and Gauchar Vikas Board’s various schemes for this noble cause.




Foundation Stone Laying Ceremony at Sahjanand Sanskardham, Farnei in Dhoraji

Dr. Kathiria remains present as a Chief Guest at the function held for foundation stone laying ceremony of Swami Narayan International Vidhyapith, Fareni Dham in Dhoraji. It was a matter of honor for Dr. Kathiria to share podium with Param Pujya Shree balkrishna Dasji Swami.

Dr. Kathiria congratulated Farenidham Gurukul team for providing International Vidhyapith to the children of this area. He also spoke about activities of Gauseva and Gauchar Vikas Board and appealed to gathering for nurturing indigenous cow breed.

Dr. Kathiria visited Ramkrishna Trust run Cow Farming Research Centre at Kutch

During his visit to Kutch Dr. Kathiria visited this place, to honor the long pending invitation of Shri Manojbhai Solanki who runs Shri Ramkrishna Trust Madhapar - ‘Chintan’ Kukma Cow Farming based Research and Extension Center.

Some years back inspired from Dr. Kathiria’s guidance Shri Manojbhai has started this organic farming and panchgavya clinic at Kukma in Kutch. In this research center various beauty products like hair oil, shampoo, soap and other organic products like tiles cleaner, utensil cleaning powder, incense sticks etc. are produced.

Here Manojbhai also produces various organic fertilizers from cow dung and Gau mutra to promote organic farming. This centre also selling medicinal products made from Gau mutra for curing diseases like sciatica, diabetes, obesity, asthma, dental problems etc.


Dr. Kathiria has truly impressed by seeing all this development. He congratulated Manojbhai and his team for developed such a wonderful research center.











Dr. Kathiria encouraged blood donors

Dr. Kathiria visited and encouraged blood donors at the Mega blood donation Camp organized by Shri Jagatsinh Jadeja of Ribda at their Skoda Car showroom situated on Rajkot-Gondal highway.

Dr. Kathiria had donated blood for more than 100 times and he believes that blood donation is essential, as one generous donation can save up to three lives. Dr. Kathiria visited the blood donation camp and congratulated all the blood donors and with his inspiring words, all the blood donors promised to donate blood regularly.

Dr. Kathiria congratulated Shri Jagatsinh Jadeja and his team for organizing blood donation camps, twice every year in memory of his late brother Shri Ramdevsinh Jadeja. All the blood donors requested Dr. Kathiria for a group photograph for sweet memories of such noble gesture.

This was 27th mega blood donation camp. Total 4200 bottles of blood were collected in this mega blood donation camp.







Dr. Kathiria dedicated newly constructed Gaushala in Kutch

Donor Chandrakant Gogari and his family with the help of villagers and Jain Mahajans constructed a very beautiful Gaushala at Nana Bhadia village in Kutch. This Gaushala is dedicated to Shri Adinath Pashuseva Trust during a ceremony held recently.

Chairman of Gauseva and Gauchar Vikas Board (GGVB), Dr. Vallabh Kathiria along with State Minister for Gausavardhan Shri Tarachand Cheda, Kutch MP Vinod Chavda along with other dignitaries and the trustees of the Kutch Jain Foundation attend the function and dedicated the Gaushala to Shri Adinath Pashuseva Trust . 

In his speech, Dr. Kathiria spoke about importance of Gaushala, Gasadan and Animal Hostel concepts encouraged by the GGVB to inspire society to nurture holly cow in a dignified manner. He talked about the virtues and benefits of saving indigenous cow. He also explained about Panchgavya, Gobar Gas, Gau-Krishi and Gau-Arogya. Gathered audience of villagers, farmers, Jain community members have convinced with Dr. Kathiria’s ideology and applauded it.

Dr. Kathiria visited Gau-Vandana celebrations at Nani Vavdi in Dhoraji

Dr. Vallabh Kathiria, Chairman of Gauseva and Gauchar Vikas Board visited week long Gau-Vandana Gatha Mahotsav at Nani Vavdi of Dhoraji Taluka of Rajkot district on May 18, 2015.

Dr. Kathiria gave an inspirational speech on Cow protection (Gau-raksha) and Cow Breeding (Gau-palan) to the huge folk of farmers and residents of a number of nearby villages accumulated to participate in this holly occasion of Gau-Vandana.

On this occasion, a blood donation camp was organized at the venue. As a centurion blood donor, Dr. Kathiria inspired the blood donors by congratulating them and inspired to donate blood regularly.


During this Gau-vandana celebration, many other programs were organized, including lecture of famous writer Jay Vasavada, Dhamal dance of Sidi community, Lok dairo etc.

After the program, Dr. Kathiria seat with all the village leaders at the precincts of the village and told them about the activities of Gauseva and Gauchar Vikas Board. He also inspired the villagers and farmers to take benefits of various schemes of the Board & State Government and encourage them to nurture indigenous cows.


Organisers of the Gau-vandana, Chikani family of Nani Vavdi, have thanked Dr. Kathiria for giving them time and visited this holly celebration. The aim of this programme is to create awareness in the society about the benefits of indigenous cow and its virtues. Dr. Kathiria has always supported such initiatives and travel to any distinct places of State to inspire the organizers by takeout time from his busy schedule.
